The Sales Operations Project Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering key projects that improve the efficiency, effectiveness and insight of the sales organisation. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Portfolio and Tech/Data teams to streamline processes, optimise tools improve reporting, and support revenue growth. This role suits someone who is highly organised, collaborative, comfortable with data, uses their own initiative and able to translate business needs into clear project plans and practical solutions. What you’ll be responsible for:
Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders on end‑to‑end delivery of sales operations projects Prepare and present project updates, status reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders Map and document existing sales processes identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to simplify or automate Support the optimisation and adoption of sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Adastra, Sales reporting tools etc.) Take ownership on onboarding all new assets collaborating with all relevant departments Skills & experience we’re looking for.
Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role Demonstrable track record of delivering cross‑functional projects on time and to scope Strong understanding of sales processes (lead to order, pipeline management, forecasting, account management) Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets and dashboards/BI tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; able to work with both senior leaders, frontline teams and clients. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive and self‑starter; comfortable taking ownership and driving things forward. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to “roll up sleeves”. Able to simplify complexity and explain it clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Curious, data‑driven, and always looking for better ways to do things. What's in it for you?
