Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product lines and industry landscape. Plan and execute sales activities effectively to meet targets. Develop relationships with new customers through effective communication and service. Ensure a top-quality service to bolster customer satisfaction and business growth. Manage inquiries and follow up on potential sales leads promptly. Record interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate customer records. Other reasonable duties as assigned by management. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution. Strong enthusiasm and excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn about effective sales techniques and our product offerings. An inquisitive mindset and eagerness to understand our customers' businesses. Confidence in engaging in conversations over the phone. Basic salary - £25,727 per annum. Plus unlimited commission, it truly is uncapped! 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Holiday Purchase Scheme (up to 5 days) No shifts, we all work Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm with a 2:45pm finish every Friday! Parking available on site. On the spot incentives.
