What You'll Do

• Actively market, educate, and build awareness of our services throughout the East Bay
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources across the senior care continuum
• Participate in and lead networking efforts focused on the senior population
• Create and execute a strategic networking plan to drive consistent referrals
• Track and manage prospects, clients, and referral relationships in our database
• Collaborate with the Care Team to evaluate client needs and coordinate services
• Advocate for clients within healthcare systems and align outside resources as needed
• Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, and urgency

What We're Looking For

• Experience with the elder continuum of care in the East Bay (Alameda & Contra Costa Counties)
• Comfortable learning and using technology and software tools (MS Office required)
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability
• Valid California driver's license, insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and California background requirements
