What You'll Do
- Actively market, educate, and build awareness of our services throughout the East Bay
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources across the senior care continuum
- Participate in and lead networking efforts focused on the senior population
- Create and execute a strategic networking plan to drive consistent referrals
- Track and manage prospects, clients, and referral relationships in our database
- Collaborate with the Care Team to evaluate client needs and coordinate services
- Advocate for clients within healthcare systems and align outside resources as needed
- Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
What We're Looking For
- Experience with the elder continuum of care in the East Bay (Alameda & Contra Costa Counties)
- Comfortable learning and using technology and software tools (MS Office required)
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability
- Valid California driver's license, insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and California background requirements
