We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food handling, hospitality, or hotel settings is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners eager to develop their skills in a professional kitchen setting.

Duties

• Assist with food preparation and cooking to support kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and dining areas
• Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to ensure smooth service flow
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and hospitality
• Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients properly to ensure quality and hygiene
• Support banquet or special event setups as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently
• Uphold high standards of customer service by attending to guest needs courteously
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the kitchen team
• Basic understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
