On-Site Property Manager
Cascade Oaks Apartments | Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive On-Site Property Manager for Cascade Oaks Apartments, a multifamily community located in Atlanta. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes ownership of daily operations, resident experience, and leasing performance.

You will be supported by a centralized maintenance team and strong backend systems, while being responsible for on-site execution and community performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Manage leasing traffic through platforms such as AppFolio, Zumper, Zillow and Facebook Marketplace
• Coordinate unit turns and work orders with the maintenance team
• Ensure lease files are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Monitor rent collection and enforce company policies
• Maintain a strong on-site presence and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management (multifamily preferred)
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Local to the Atlanta area or willing to commute
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
