Kitchen Staff

Sushi Damu is looking for reliable, hardworking, and physically strong kitchen staff to join our fast-paced restaurant team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, can handle the demands of a busy kitchen, and take pride in your work, we want you on our crew

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Lift, carry, and move kitchen supplies and equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist chefs and other kitchen staff during busy service
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines
• Ensure timely and accurate orders

Qualifications:

• Physically strong and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
