Warehouse Manager

We're Hiring: WAREHOUSE MANAGER – Doral, FL

We are looking for a strong and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our high-volume logistics operation in Doral. Someone organized, results-driven, and confident in managing people, processes, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Storage, Fulfillment (B2B/B2C), Cross-dock, Transload, TSA, Bonded & Hazmat operations
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, inbound/outbound
• Ensure proper WMS usage (Mintsoft or similar)
• Monitor KPIs: OTIF, productivity, accuracy, shrink, etc.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and team performance
• Ensure TSA, OSHA, Hazmat & Bonded compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in warehouse management or similar roles
• Experience with TSA, Bonded cargo, Hazmat, containers & air freight
• WMS knowledge (Mintsoft or Magaya preferred)
• Team leadership (+10 people)
• Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools and the ability to develop dynamic management reports in Excel
• Minimum academic background: Minor in Administration or Logistics
• English and Spanish proficiency
