Pizza Maker/ Line Cook

Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Pizza Maker/Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, delicious pizzas and supporting overall kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in food safety and restaurant environments. Duties

• Prepare and assemble pizza doughs, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and menu standards
• Cook pizzas to perfection using various cooking methods, ensuring quality and consistency
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and maintaining ingredient freshness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation
• Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple orders
• Assist with menu planning ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and variety
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with dietary guidelines and customer preferences

Requirements

• Prior experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, dietary department, or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong culinary skills including knife handling, meal preparation, and food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with food service operations, catering, or fine dining environments is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
• Passion for creating high-quality dishes and delivering excellent customer service
