Mala Pata in Gateway Plaza is looking to expand our serving team. We are a Mexican restaurant with an emphasis on fresh masa. As a team member you would be ensuring all guest satisfaction while upholding our standards and values, including a comprehensive knowledge of our menus and the story behind our mission. You will work closely with the other team members and managers to bring a bright and comfortable space to life. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and beverage and eager to develop their hospitality skills in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience in our upscale establishment. Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with Toast POS.
