Supply Chain Analyst – Materials Control

We are seeking a high-impact Supply Chain Analyst to lead materials control and ensure project readiness for complex system integration builds. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role designed for someone who thrives on precision, accountability, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage expense materials inventory supporting integration and build activities
• Process purchase orders and supplier acknowledgements using a material tracking system
• Track parts, equipment, and materials to meet aggressive project and integration deadlines
• Maintain clean, organized, and project-ready material storage areas
• Inspect incoming materials, quarantine nonconforming items, and scrap per established procedures
• Execute domestic and international shipments, including export compliance requirements
• Coordinate logistics across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, customers, and system integrators
• Support kitting, product launches, production support, and warranty execution
• Audit inventory to ensure shipments are on-time, complete, and accurate

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in materials control, logistics, automation, or industrial operations
• Working knowledge of inventory control and MRP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Experience supporting automation, applications engineering, or machine tool environments is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
• Confident communicator able to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
• Advanced user of Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and web-based tools
