Mixologist/Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant nightlife environment. Your expertise in mixology, along with your ability to engage with guests, will enhance their experience and contribute to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of cocktails, classics, and signature Harbor creations with precision and personality.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and making recommendations based on their tastes.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service—especially during events and peak hours.
• Adhere to all safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and techniques to continuously improve skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends.
• A passion for mixology with creativity in crafting unique cocktails is highly desirable.
