• Evaluate and treat patients to improve function, mobility, and independence

• Create and implement customized treatment plans

• Address challenges in ADLs, cognitive function, and home safety

• Recommend and train in adaptive equipment use

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

• Educate families and caregivers to support ongoing care

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

• Licensed OTR in Wisconsin

• Experience in SNF, ALF, or home health preferred

• Flexible, compassionate, and patient-focused

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable traveling within the Stevens Point and Port Edwards area

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
