Full Job Description:

Aspire Health is looking to partner with an experienced Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for our Urgent Care clinic in Wagoner, OK. We are looking for a provider that will be excited to join a close-knit team and will be dedicated to growing their practice and caring for our community in an urgent care setting.

Hours are Monday through Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm. Providers are scheduled 3 shifts per week. Applicants must be willing to work at least two Saturday shifts a month.

Essential Functions:

• Initiates and completes a detailed patient assessment
• Determine diagnoses based on data collected and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Order appropriate diagnostic testing including relevant laboratory and imaging needs.
• Prescribe applicable treatment plans including medication, education, and referral as deemed clinically necessary.
• Implement routine procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and splinting.
• Maintain timely documentation of the patient's medical record.
• Prioritizes patient-centered care.
