Operations and Maintenance Technician

Delta One Storage is seeking a versatile and skilled Operations and Maintenance Technicianto join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys tackling a variety of tasks, and is passionate about problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across facilities, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including organizing, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and creatively solve problems as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take on new tasks with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain outdoor areas and general groundskeeping.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, carpentry, or related field.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of tools and equipment.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to switch tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Drug screening and background checks will be conducted during the hiring process.
• Experience operating and maintaining lawn care equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers) is a plus.
