Hotel Maintenance

**Duties:**

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

• Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or malfunctions

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery

• Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure safety and compliance

**Experience:**

• Previous experience in facilities, hotel or apartment maintenance or a related field

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

• Experience working with logic controllers is a plus

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
