Marketing Analyst

We're hiring a Marketing Analyst to join our team and grow into a key strategic role. This is a developmental position designed to take a promising individual and build them into a skilled marketing analyst capable of leading CASTICO's marketing strategy and analysis. Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and refine Power BI dashboards that support marketing and sales insights

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Analyze performance data to guide strategic decisions and improve ROI

• Assist with budget forecasting, allocation, and tracking

• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to accelerate growth

• Present findings and recommendations directly to leadership

• Aid in content creation for social media and ad campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational experience with Power BI

• Familiarity with managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

• Strong Excel and general data analysis skills

• Understanding of digital advertising metrics and budgets

• Knowledge of the bath remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus

• Experience with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
