In this role, you will: Hire Account Development Representatives (ADRs) and develop them into Samsara future sales athletes Coach ADRs to improve strategic prospecting skills and exceed targets Develop and sustain a high-performance team culture Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Enablement) to optimize pipeline and revenue creation and meet the needs of the business Develop and implement strong processes and a systematic approach to team management Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team Minimum requirements for the role: 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of success Deep familiarity with prospecting processes Familiarity with prospecting tech stack (e.g. Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong) Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills An ideal candidate also has: Previous experience as ADR and/or AE in a SaaS company 2+ years experience in a leadership role At Samsara, we welcome everyone regardless of their background.
