A leading independent estate agency in South West London is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to head up its local branch.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated property professional who thrives in a fast‑paced customer‑focused environment and enjoys leading from the front. Youll be joining a respected business with a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering excellent results.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Managing and driving sales performance across the branch
Leading, motivating and supporting a high‑performing sales team
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Conducting valuations, viewings and negotiations to secure successful sales
Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
Collaborating with other branches and departments to maximise opportunities
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Proven experience in residential estate agency at Sales Manager level
Strong knowledge of the South West London property market ideally within Merton
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
Target‑driven, proactive and highly organised
Full UK driving licence
