Join us and help build a world that works for generations to come.**Your Future Team:**Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will join a driven, collaborative team focused on making ROCKWOOL products and systems the preferred choice across the UK construction market. You’ll strengthen existing partnerships while actively developing new relationships with key distributors.**What you will be doing:*** Promoting the ROCKWOOL brand to key target groups* Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager and contributing to strategic initiatives and the UK sales budget* Owning the region by developing tactics and account plans to maximise market opportunities across target customers, segments, key accounts and major projects* Collaborating with the ROCKWOOL UK Commercial team to ensure smooth and timely handover of key projects and contractor relationships* Working closely with the Technical Services Team to manage calculation requests and following up to ensure successful customer outcomes* Understanding and promoting the full ROCKWOOL product range, including technical details and relevant legislation* Using, presenting and updating key ROCKWOOL sales tools such as Rocksell, and Rockinsight* Achieving business growth targets aligned to personal objectives and the wider UKI Sales team budget* Conducting market research to support business insight and decision‑making* Maintaining strong competitor awareness and sharing relevant intelligence* Logging and updating all quotations using distribution project support forms and the Rocksell system, in partnership with the Inside Sales team**What you bring:****What we offer:*** Competitive Salary* Grade 2 Company Car* Commercial Bonus Scheme* 30 days annual leave + Bank Holidays* Company Pension Scheme (Aviva)* Westfield Health Cashback Scheme* Life Assurance 4x annual salary* Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme**Who we are**ROCKWOOL are a global leader in stone wool solutions, transforming volcanic rock into safe, sustainable products since 1937.
