We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including baked goods and pastries, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee food preparation processes, including cake decorating, packaging, and food handling procedures.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Help manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff during shifts, providing training and guidance on culinary techniques such as knife skills and food presentation.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new recipes and improving existing dishes.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with catering events and special functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on culinary arts, baking, or pastry work.
- Strong skills in cake decorating, food preparation, and food production.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques.
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in baking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
