Role Overview
Define, own and embed the Eastern Western Way of Selling across the Group
Design and maintain a modular sales framework that supports consistent standards and flexible deployment across sites and brands
Build and continuously improve a structured suite of modular sales training programmes aligned to induction, core skills, advanced capability and performance improvement
Ensure all training modules directly support the 3 2 1 Sales Performance Management Programme
Deliver modules through a blended approach including workshops, classroom sessions and practical, on the job coaching within dealerships
Lead the modular induction pathway for new Sales Executives, enabling faster progression to competence and confidence
Deploy targeted modules to support underperformance, individual development needs and career progression
Coach across the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to close
Observe live sales activity and customer interactions to inform module selection and coaching focus
Provide clear, timely and practical feedback aligned to the sales framework
Work in close partnership with Sales Managers to select, deploy and reinforce the right modules for individuals and teams
Use performance data, observations and feedback to refine modules, identify capability gaps and share best practice across the Group
Track module completion and evaluate impact at individual, site and Group level
Work closely with the Group HR Manager, Sales Managers and Recruitment Consultants to ensure alignment between recruitment, onboarding, modular training and ongoing performance management
Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and practices at all times
