We are seeking a highly skilled Payments Business Analyst with strong experience in API integration and a solid understanding of the Payments domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery of payment solutions and API-driven integrations. Key Details

Contract Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payment workflows, transaction processing, and integration needs. Document functional and non-functional requirements for APIs and payment systems.
API Integration
Work closely with engineering teams to design and validate API specifications (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Ensure API documentation is clear and aligns with business requirements.
Payments Domain Expertise
Analyze payment gateways, card networks, digital wallets, and real-time payment systems. Understand compliance requirements (PCI DSS, PSD2, tokenization, fraud prevention).
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between product, technology, and operations teams. Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders.
Testing & Validation
Support UAT and SIT phases by validating API responses and payment flows. Ensure data integrity and transaction accuracy across integrated systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of API design principles and integration patterns. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, and API monitoring solutions. Knowledge of payment processing systems, gateways, and settlement processes.
Domain Expertise
Hands-on experience in Payments industry (cards, wallets, UPI, ACH, etc.). Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, PSD2).
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
