JOB OVERVIEW Support new business opportunities, engage with prospects, nurture relationships across a varied client base. Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Sales and Marketing teams using multi-channel outreach, lead generation and pipeline management techniques to support business growth.

DUTIES
Pipeline Development : Identify, qualify and activate high-potential prospects.
Prospect Research : Create targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers.
Lead Generation : Conduct multi-channel outreach through phone, email and digital platforms.
Opportunity Qualification : Assess and qualify opportunities before handover to the sales team.
Account Growth : Cross‑sell products and services to new and existing customers.
Market Awareness : Monitor competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records within the CRM system.
Reporting : Produce regular reports on business development activity and performance.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL
Communication Skills : Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sales Experience : Proven background in business development, telesales or lead generation.
Relationship Building : Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.
Self‑Motivation : Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and results‑driven approach.
Teamwork : Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams.
Presentation Skills : Confidence presenting products or services to potential clients.
DESIRABLE
Sector Knowledge : Previous experience within print, graphics or branding environments.
