Working for a highly profitable and growing global business that supplies industrial machinery and capital equipment to manufacturing customers across the UK. The role is suited to a sales or commercial professional dealing with a technical or complex product, including costing, quotations, proposals or projects type work. A mix of working from home, office in Warwickshire, and visiting customer sites in the UK. This Technical Sales Engineer role will suit someone with a manufacturing or engineering background near Warwickshire. The role involves consultative, technical sales with capital plant or industrial machinery experience. Responsibilities
Engage in application-driven technical sales, understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions. Prepare costing, quotations, proposals, and manage projects or related sales activities. Travel to customer sites within the UK; based within a commutable distance to Coventry, Warwick. Develop and manage current accounts while targeting new markets, in a global engineering business with an SME-style unit in Warwick. Qualifications
Technical or engineering background – Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, capital equipment or machinery. Experience in selling technical products or solutions with an ability to translate customer needs into solutions. Willingness to travel to customers in the UK; commutable to Coventry/Warwick area. Working Environment, Opportunities and Rewards
