Do you have fast and accurate keyboard skills? Were looking for a detail-driven Sales Order Administrator to manage the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase orders. You will be joining a hardworking, energetic team with great dynamics, a fun culture, and an attractive benefits package. Responsibilities
Review and validate purchase orders against quotes, credit limits, and customer details Raise sales orders and purchase orders using SAP Place and track orders with vendors, ensuring all licences and documentation are receipted Liaise with Finance to support smooth and accurate invoicing Resolve or escalate order queries to minimise delays Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date Support the wider team during busy periods This role is key to ensuring orders are right first time and delivered in line with SLAs. Skills required
Strong attention to detail, quick and numerical accuracy Confident Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working to KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment Organised, proactive, and a strong team player Desirable
Previous admin or data entry experience SAP and/or Salesforce experience A-levels or equivalent
