Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative located in Uniondale, NY with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales activities, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and lead generation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $100,000.00 per year
