About The Role
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven
Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations
who can help scale Wecom's go-to-market engine across marketing, sales, and product. In this role, you will design and optimize the workflows, systems, and tools that power revenue growth—helping us acquire customers more efficiently, launch new products effectively, and drive best-in-class customer experiences.
This is a high-impact role that sits at the center of our GTM organization. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, CX, Product, and Technology to streamline operations, improve execution, and ensure our teams have the insights and systems they need to win.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Retargeting
- Build automated lead nurturing, sequencing, and retargeting programs across email, SMS, paid media, and in-platform journeys.
- Partner with Marketing to segment audiences, score leads and deliver personalized campaigns that improve conversion and reactivation.
- Own marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot/Mailchimp), ensuring clean data, consistent tagging, and accurate attribution.
- Stand up dashboards that measure funnel velocity, campaign efficiency, and CAC trends.
Sales Operations
- Improve sales efficiency through process design, playbooks, and standardized workflows across field sales, door-to-door, inbound/outbound, and partner channels.
- Manage sales tools and systems, including CRM optimization, reporting architecture, and integration with OSS/BSS (Gaiia), fiber availability tools, and install capacity dashboards.
- Monitor daily/weekly sales performance and provide insights to leadership on trends, productivity, and pacing toward targets.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and monthly business reviews.
Product Operations & Enablement
- Serve as the operational bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales for new product launches, pricing updates, and feature rollouts.
- Maintain product catalog, SKUs, naming conventions, and packaging logic.
- Partner with CX and Sales Enablement to ensure internal teams have up-to-date product guides, benefits messaging, and troubleshooting info.
- Track adoption, performance, and customer feedback to improve product lifecycle management.
Systems, Data & Process Management
- Increase GTM performance by creating scalable processes, SOPs, and data structures that eliminate friction and improve accuracy.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure data integrity across CRM, billing systems, construction/availability systems, and marketing platforms.
- Lead requirements gathering for new tools and integrations that support automation and efficiency.
- Own dashboarding and reporting infrastructure for sales, marketing, and product KPIs.
General GTM Support
- Act as a strategic partner to the CRO and GTM leadership team—translating business goals into operational plans.
- Drive quarterly GTM planning cycles (territories, quotas, campaigns, product launches).
- Provide ongoing support for board-level reporting, investor updates, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Operations, or similar roles (telecom/Fiber ISP experience a plus).
- Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gaiia, Snowflake, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes, funnel management, segmentation, and retargeting logic.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize complex workflows and implement new systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and operational improvements.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment with competing priorities.
What You'll Bring
- A bias for action—someone who identifies operational gaps and solves them.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset that partners well with Sales, Marketing, CX, Product, and Engineering.
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
- The ability to simplify complexity and build clarity across GTM teams.
