Job description: We are a new physician-owned, quality-driven outpatient orthopedic & balance clinic in Woburn, MA, and seeking a Senior Physical Therapist with 4+ years of experience to help shape our flagship site. Our physician ownership ensures a clinician-centered environment with 1:1 care, 40-minute sessions, and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule—where professional autonomy and patient relationships come first. A leadership track is available for those interested, but never required. We are expanding to the second location in North Reading in June and that will provide you more options to supplement your income. As part of Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers, a national leader in balance and vestibular rehabilitation, you'll have access to proven clinical frameworks and specialty training through Fyzical College. The practice is fully and independently locally owned, supported by an ownership team with deep experience in acute hospital physician–NP programs, home health operations, and SNF rehabilitation services—providing stability and insight without corporate layers or pressure. If you're looking for a senior role with strong professional respect, a supportive team, and meaningful community impact, this is an outstanding opportunity. Our application process is streamlined, so you can apply in minutes. What You'll Do
  • Provide true 1:1 outpatient orthopedic & balance care with 40‑minute sessions
  • Maintain a manageable caseload (typically 10–12/day) — no double‑booking or overlapping
  • Deliver evidence-based care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programming, and progressive rehabilitation plans
  • Document efficiently using an AI-assisted EMR designed to minimize after‑hours charting. Great work life balance
  • Build strong patient relationships and drive meaningful outcomes
  • Participate in collaborative case reviews and a supportive clinical culture
  • Full‑time, Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) with part‑time options available
  • (Optional) Grow into Senior/Lead PT responsibilities at your pace
  • (Optional) Develop balance & vestibular expertise through structured certification via Fyzical College
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Quality-first model — not volume-driven
  • 40-minute, 1:1 sessions and a predictable schedule with no last-minute double-booking
  • AI-assisted EMR that helps eliminate end-of-day charting
  • Strong front-desk and clinical support staff
  • Specialty development program in balance & vestibular rehabilitation
  • Backed by the national expertise of Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers
  • Physician-owned and locally led — a respectful, clinician-friendly atmosphere
  • Stable, well-supported growth with optional advancement to Lead PT or Director
  • A workplace built on professional autonomy, trust, and clinical excellence
Who You Are
  • DPT or MPT, with an active MA PT license (or eligibility)
  • Minimum 4 years outpatient experience
  • Strong orthopedic foundation; vestibular interest welcomed
  • Excellent communicator with a patient-centered mindset
  • Seeking a supportive, stable clinic with optional advancement
Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • CEU and professional development support
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Flexible scheduling (part-time available)
Job Types: Full‑time (preferred), Part‑time available Benefits:
  • Continuing education credits
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Paid time off
  • Relocation assistance
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Vision insurance
