Overnight Resident Assistant – Part Time

Part Time Resident Assistant - Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview:
Northwoods Memory Care Suites is seeking a compassionate and reliable Overnight Resident Assistant to join our care team. This role is essential in supporting our residents with memory loss, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night. In addition to providing personal care, the Overnight Resident Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by completing household tasks and chores during the shift.

House Pet: We do have a house dog who is at Northwoods everyday. Must be dog friendly

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support as needed.
• Monitor residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Respond promptly to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies.
• Assist residents with bedtime and morning routines.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as mopping floors, cleaning common areas, and tidying resident spaces.
• Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing.
• Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to supervisory staff.
• Must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the overnight shift.

Qualifications:

• CNA Certificate
• Must be able to speak and understand English clearly.
• Previous experience in assisted living or memory care.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting residents with mobility.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift consistently (11 PM – 7 AM).

Pay: $ $24.50 per hour
