Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Looking for Maintenance Supervisor for a Luxury Apartment Community Fort Myers, Florida

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, facilities management, and leadership. This role requires expertise in managing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while performing maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring maintenance or improvement.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, or installations while coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Able to rotate on call and work weekends when necessary.
• HVAC a must.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with project management principles as they relate to facility operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

Pay: $ $34.00 per hour
