Job Summary

Mainely Renovations LLC is hiring a Lead Carpenter / Project Foreman to manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This is a working foreman position for an experienced carpenter who can run jobs day to day, lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

This role requires hands-on carpentry skills combined with job site leadership, scheduling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Run residential remodeling projects day to day
• Perform and oversee framing, trim, siding, windows, doors, and finish carpentry
• Lead and supervise crew members on site
• Communicate daily with crew members in Spanish and with ownership/clients in English
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
• Read plans, scopes of work, and job specifications
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Track progress and communicate updates with ownership
• Manage materials and verify deliveries
• Ensure work meets quality standards and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
• Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Superintendent
• Strong interior and exterior carpentry skills
• Fluent Spanish /English (required)
• Ability to run job sites independently
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors
• Ability to read blueprints and scopes of work
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Own basic hand and power tools
