Certified Pilates Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Certified Pilates Instructor to lead individual and group sessions for clients of all ages and ability levels. You'll have the opportunity to create dynamic, personalized programming while fostering a positive and supportive community. At Studio 4:8, we combine physical therapy and fitness with purpose, and we're excited to bring on a team member who shares our vision

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging mat and/or reformer Pilates classes tailored to clients' goals and fitness levels.
• Educate clients on Pilates principles including breath, alignment, mobility, and core engagement.
• Provide hands-on guidance and cueing to ensure safe and effective movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio space.
• Collaborate with our physical therapists and other fitness pros to promote a whole-person approach to health.
• Track client progress and offer positive, encouraging feedback.
• Promote classes and fitness programs with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Certified in Pilates (mat and/or reformer) from a recognized training program.
• Previous experience in group fitness instruction.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, particularly as it relates to movement and injury prevention.
• Outgoing and encouraging personality with great communication skills.
• Sales experience is a plus (we love team members who can grow our community).
