Lead Carpenter / Working Superintendent

$45–$55 per hour DOE

Cope Builders is a family-run general contractor with a steady pipeline of residential remodels, custom builds, and commercial tenant improvements. We're looking for a hands-on "bags-on" superintendent, someone who leads from the front, keeps a small crew productive, and takes pride in top-quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on residential and light-commercial projects
• Supervise and mentor crew members
• Maintain quality control and site safety alongside the owners
• Work hands-on in the field while managing the jobsite and crew
• Collaborate and input updates using Buildertrend

Requirements

• Management/supervisor experience running crews and projects
• Proficient carpenter—rough and finish—with knowledge of related trades
• Ability to read and execute building plans
• Strong communication and motivation skills
• OSHA-30 certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• $45–$55/hr, depending on experience
