The Production GFE Program Analyst, Senior will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements. The Senior Production GFE Procurement Program Analyst is a critical role responsible for overseeing the procurement, management, and delivery of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) assets to support program objectives. This position involves strategic planning, advanced analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure timely acquisition and integration of GFE to support production schedules. The Senior Analyst provides expert guidance on procurement processes, compliance with regulations, and risk mitigation strategies, while driving efficiency and alignment across teams.
Essential Job Duties:
Strategic Procurement Management:
Lead the planning and execution of GFE procurement activities to meet program requirements and production schedules.
- Develop procurement strategies that align with program objectives and mitigate risks such as delays, obsolescence, or supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including FAR/DFARS, and maintain accurate records of GFE assets.
- Advanced Program Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of program requirements, budgets, schedules, and procurement activities to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize program performance and achieve long-term goals.
- GFE Asset Management:
- Oversee the tracking, delivery, and accountability of GFE assets, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues related to obsolescence, repairs, and lifecycle management of GFE assets.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between program offices, case teams, commodity PMAs, and suppliers to ensure alignment on GFE procurement and delivery.
- Facilitate communication across teams to address challenges and maintain transparency in procurement activities.
Budget and Financial Oversight:
Analyze program budgets and funding requirements related to GFE procurement/repairs, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and coordination with various BFMs.
- Provide detailed financial reports and recommendations to leadership, highlighting cost-saving opportunities and funding risks.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify and evaluate risks associated with GFE procurement, including delays, supply chain disruptions, and compliance issues.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program objectives and production schedules.
- Documentation and Change Control Management:
- Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented and comply with government-instituted processes for change control and data management.
- Oversee updates to GFE attachments and ensure timely communication of changes to stakeholders.
- Leadership and Process Improvement:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Analyze current procurement processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with program goals.

Experience Requirements:
- Over Eight (8) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience:
- Logistics data systems
- Inventory management including government furnished equipment
- MILSTRIP operations
- Navy-ERP
Education Requirements:
- Senior - MA/MS degree
- Allowable Substitute for MS Degree:
- Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
- Associate Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
- Six (6) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $101, $126, The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
