Duties

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts for accurate project execution.
• Manage project budgets by utilizing construction estimating tools and monitor costs to prevent overruns.
• Utilize project scheduling techniques to develop detailed timelines and track progress through project management software like Primavera P6.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications using Civil 3D and Blueprint reading skills.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and timely problem resolution.

Requirements

• Three plus years of experience in construction management with a strong background in construction site operations and project delivery.
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
• Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction estimating processes.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and time management to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles using Civil 3D or similar design software.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders. Pay: $77, $110,000.00 per year
