Position Overview:
The Learning Coordinator and Trainer designs and delivers engaging learning experiences while managing aspects of the LMS, including course setup, reporting, and data integrity. This position plays a key role in supporting employee development and ensuring smooth operation of all training programs.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Develop and facilitate engaging instructor led, virtual, and blended training sessions for employees.
- Create clear, meaningful learning materials, including presentations, job aids, eLearning content, and assessments.
- Adapt training methods and materials to meet varying learner needs and job requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance indicators; propose improvements as needed.
- Serve as administrator for the Learning Management System.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communication, enrollment, materials, and room/technology setup.
- Track and manage learning programs, onboarding plans, and compliance training cycles.
- Support external training vendors, including onboarding, scheduling, and monitoring deliverables.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- 5+ years experience in training delivery, facilitation, or adult learning, preferably in an industrial environment
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manage, and report on learning data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
