Position: E-Commerce & Website Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Birmingham, AL (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience and ability)

About the Role

The E-Commerce & Website Manager will lead and optimize all online sales and digital infrastructure for both brands. This role requires a highly analytical, results-driven professional with strong experience in website management, e-commerce platforms, and digital performance optimization. In addition, this role includes administrative and office management responsibilities to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company websites for performance, conversion, and user experience
• Oversee e-commerce platforms, product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor site analytics, sales data, and conversion metrics to drive growth
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Ensure accurate product content, inventory updates, and site functionality
• Troubleshoot website issues and manage third-party developers or platforms
• Support administrative and office operations as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, website management, or digital operations
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in consumer goods or CPG preferred
