Your Impact
As a CRG General Manager your core responsibility is to create and maintain a positive environment for both staff and guests. You will be charged with overseeing all Front of the House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff, food and labor costs, and consistency and quality control for both food and service.You will serve as an integral part of the CRG team and will report to executive staff. Additionally, as our General Manager you will work service shifts.
Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
Performance Management
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs); including but not limited to: Monthly Progress Reports, Sales Growth, Guest Satisfaction Scores, Google Reviews, Food Costs, Labor Costs, and Procedure Compliance Translate corporate strategy and goals into clear, actionable direction for flawless execution in store Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational and hospitality excellence
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and consistent execution of service, food quality, and hospitality standards Develop a thorough understanding and ability to perform each store role up to standard Maintain visible on the floor presence, and participate in service during peak service periods Ensure all daily shift procedures and lists are completed timely and accurately Monitor service flow, staffing, and guest experience in real-time, adjusting immediately and as needed Address and resolve operational issues as they arise to minimize disruption to guests and staff Adhere to all standard operating procedures, recipes, and brand standards Communicate daily priorities, updates, and expectations to team for clarity and accountability Staffing & Supervision
Responsible for all store scheduling, ensuring stores are appropriately staffed for business needs Problem-solve for in-the-moment staffing shortages Coordinate with Human Resources for hiring needs Facilitate staff performance documentation Lead disciplinary conversations, following company disciplinary procedures Continuously pinpoint skill gaps and opportunities for individual and group growth
Cost Control
Leverage historical data and trends to forecast and inform labor decisions Collaborate with store leadership to implement labor control strategies Coach store team and staff on scheduling needs Identify and execute best practices to monitor and reduce food cost and waste Repair & Maintenance
Uphold store ambiance, cleanliness and maintenance standards Oversee all repair and facility upkeep needs Monitor store equipment and mechanics for safety and efficiency Compliance & Safety
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including health department standards, food safety, labor laws, wage and hour requirements, and alcohol service regulations Maintain inspection readiness; manage all health, safety, and regulatory inspections and promptly resolve deficiencies Enforce food safety protocols including proper food handling, storage, sanitation, allergen awareness, and temperature controls to protect guest and employee safety Lead incident response and documentation for workplace injuries, guest incidents, or property damage, coordinating with Human Resources and executive leadership as required Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct, addressing violations promptly and consistently Guest Experience Advocacy:
Serve as an expert on CRG's hospitality standards and consistently educate and hold staff accountable to these standards Acquire a deep understanding of CRG's service model and online ordering system Actively look for ways to assist and interact with guests Serve as the lead in resolving any and all customer complaints Leadership
Role model effective and compassionate leadership Serve as an invested mentor, coaching with both constructive and positive feedback Engage and guide store teams, focused on enhancing both technical and soft skills Foster a team committed to CRG's mission, values, and business objectives Proactively monitor, assess, and report on employee morale Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure company goals, policies, and procedures are met What You'll Bring
