Project Management,  Analytics, and Systems

This role will serve as the owner of the project management, analytics, and systems work for the HR team, responsible for setting up and maintaining efficient and effective systems to store, analyze, and act upon various forms of HR data. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Project management: Partner with HR leadership to facilitate annual processes including leader and employee training; Respect in the Workplace training; performance management; annual compliance training; and data audits.
• Union Reporting and Contract Obligations: Identify and fulfill contractually agreed-upon data requests and maintenance requirements, including facilitating the HR
