We're a growing functional medicine clinic specializing in hormone replacement therapy, thyroid optimization, and aesthetics - helping patients feel their best from the inside out.

We're looking for a Registered Nurse/Clinical RN who is passionate about functional medicine and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys both clinical care and leadership, and who is excited to help shape the patient experience in a growing wellness-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Including but not limited to triage, prior authorizations, and other clinical administrative duties as assigned.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to clinical team members (CMA).
  • Collaborate closely with providers and administrative leadership to align on clinic goals, staffing needs, and patient experience initiatives.
  • Maintain and update clinical protocols, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Will on occasion room patients and assist with lab draws.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage clinical inventory, laboratory kits, and medication supply, ensuring accuracy and timely ordering.
  • Conduct regular chart audits and workflow reviews to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education & Licensing:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered license in the state of Nebraska.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, ideally in functional medicine, endocrinology, primary care, or hormone therapy.
  • Leadership or management experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and strong familiarity with lab coordination and patient follow-up.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical software applications.
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
