Job SummaryCrispy Cones is seeking friendly, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing our signature soft-serve cones, maintaining a clean work environment, and working collaboratively with team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted cones and soft-serve creations with attention to detail and presentation.
• Bake cones according to company standards.
• Interact positively with guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep, service, and cooking area throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available for day, evening, and night shifts, including Sundays.

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with fast-paced service environments preferred.
• Awareness of cleanliness standards in food service operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work Sundays and assist with opening and closing shifts.

Pay: Up to $10.00 per hour
