Front Desk Coordinator

Duties

• Greet clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer phone systems promptly and courteously, and taking detailed messages when necessary.
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using our salon booking systems.
• Maintain organized systems, handle inventory, and upload data as needed.
• Assist with maintaining a clean inviting environment throughout the salon.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email or text with excellent phone etiquette and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), .
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
• Experience with front desk operations in beauty industries is a plus.
