Responsibilities:
-Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
-Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
-Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
-Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
-Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

Qualifications:
-Must have a valid Real Estate License (Or able to get one)
-Organized and manages time effectively
-Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
-Technology driven A successful and proven sales history is preferred
-Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
