Job Overview

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback on academic performance.
• Foster literacy education through creative writing assignments and reading activities.
• Incorporate learning technology into lessons to enhance student engagement.
• Mentor students in their academic pursuits and provide tutoring as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational strategies.
• Support students with special education needs by adapting lessons and providing individualized attention.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of subjects such as Pre Algebra
• Experience in classroom experience, behavior management, and childhood development is highly desirable.
