This is a remote position available to candidates residing in the United States. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required; candidates may be based in any state.
About the Role
We are seeking a
hands-on Demand Generation Growth Specialist
to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Sports and Prediction markets
. This is an
individual contributor role
, ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments and enjoys owning campaigns end to end.
You will be responsible for driving
user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth
through programmatic media, streaming platforms, search, social, and video channels. The role requires strong commercial thinking, experimentation, and close collaboration with creative, data, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across
Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, and Streaming/CTV platforms - Own
daily budget management, bid optimization, and pacing
to maximize ROI and customer acquisition - Customize messaging and creatives based on
sports calendars, regional regulations, and user intent - Segment audiences using behavioral, geographic, interest, and device data to improve conversion across the funnel
- Leverage internal and third-party data sources to refine targeting and performance
Measurement & Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as
Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or platform dashboards - Track and optimize against key KPIs including
CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV - Run
A/B tests
across creatives, audiences, and channels to continuously improve results - Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners
Compliance & Market Awareness
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with
state-level regulations and platform policies - Work closely with compliance and legal stakeholders to adapt creatives and messaging
- Stay informed on
industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving regulations
within Sports and Predictions
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience
in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing - Direct experience in
Sports betting, fantasy sports, iGaming, prediction markets, or sports media - Proven ownership of
paid acquisition campaigns with seven-figure budgets - Strong experience across
programmatic media, streaming/CTV, paid search, and paid social - Solid understanding of
attribution modeling, customer lifecycle, and performance optimization - Experience working in
regulated or high-compliance industries - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to
Web3, crypto, fintech, or trading platforms - Experience with
app-based acquisition
(App Store / Google Play) - Familiarity with
Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar attribution tools - Personal interest in
sports, trading, investing, or emerging technologies
