Schedule:

• Full-Time | AM Shift (8 hours/day)
• Set Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday

What You'll Do:

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare resident rooms (painting, carpet cleaning, etc.).
• Conduct daily inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Assist with our preventative maintenance program.

What You Bring:

• Vocational training in a skilled trade preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and AC repair.
• Prior work with general upkeep in a commercial or healthcare setting.
