-You will be working alone with minimal supervision
(After special events or during holiday times , you may need to work until 2pm)

We are seeking a Dedicated, Detail-Oriented, Janitor/Professional Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and orderliness in a 3 Large Story building (14,436 sq ft) Where several RELIGIOUS organizations meet. (Must be professional and respectful)

-Starting pay is $ based on your Professional Cleaning Experience After probation period you can get a cents raised based on your performance.
-If you desire more hours, there is 1 other office job open for Friday's only from 7pm-10p and that is located near Security Square Mall.

*Main office For D&P Cleanerz LLC is located in Brooklyn, MD You will rarely need to come to this location

Experience:

• Commercial-Janitorial Cleaning: 1 year minimum (Preferred)
• Residential : 1 year minimum (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning (Dusting, Sanitizing, Vacuuming) of Front Lobby, Main Office, Several Offices, Playroom, Meeting Rooms
• Sanitize 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette and other high-touch areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• *Thorough Cleaning of Dining Room Hall*Thorough Cleaning of the Sanctuary
• Conduct floor care including vacuuming, dust mopping, and mopping, to maintain the appearance of all surfaces. Empty all trash.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices in various environments such as hotels or offices.
• Ability to launder items effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Previous experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is a plus.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in all tasks performed.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a medium-paced environment.
