Primary Responsibilities:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting. This role is accountable for the accurate tracking and reporting of operating revenues, cost of goods, and general and administrative expenses. This position will supervise and manage a team responsible for daily processing of receivables and payables. This role also leads accounting system projects and process improvements to support the organization's financial integrity and operational goals. Essential Functions:

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and review accurate weekly financial reports.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and chart of accounts, ensuring proper coding and record-keeping.
