The Coffee Vineyard is a unique coffee and wine bar founded April 2025 in Ocean Springs Our goal is to create a collective experience of leisure, connection, and intentional community. Our selection of ethically sourced Nicaraguan coffee, chocolate and curated wines, aim to reflect the artistry and authenticity of Ocean Springs. We hope to add members of our team that enthusiastically share in this vision.

Job Summary

We are looking to hire friendly and customer-focused individuals for our team At The Coffee Vineyard our baristas maintain the responsibilities of serving specialty coffee and wine for a unique customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Coffee & Beverage Service

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of our inventory, origins, and brewing techniques.

Wine & Food Service

• Learn and recommend wines to customers (training provided).
• Serve pastries and other menu items with care and attention to detail.

Customer Experience & Atmosphere

• Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with cashier duties and transactions.

Operations & Teamwork

• Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness.
• Follow health, safety, and service regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create an efficient and enjoyable environment.

What We're Looking For

Passion for coffee, wine, and hospitality.

Must be 21 years old

Six months of prior Barista experience preferred

Six months of prior Bartending experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $8.00 + per hour, will consider experience
