Professional Caregivers Wanted – Flexible Schedules Available

McKenney Home Care is a family-owned agency with over 10 years of experience providing high-quality private duty home care across South Florida. We value our caregivers and work hard to offer flexibility, support, and a positive team culture.

Schedules That Fit Your Life
Choose the shifts that work best for you, here are some examples:

• Morning shifts: 8am–12pm, 9am–1pm, 10am–2pm
• Short or split shifts: 2–3 hours (AM or PM)
• Standard shifts: 4–6 hours
• Extended shifts: 7–12 hours (day or overnight)

Private duty schedules vary based on client needs.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes
• Prepare meals and assist with eating
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Documentation using the WellSky app
• Transportation for errands or appointments

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• AHCA Level 2 background screening/fingerprinting (or willingness to complete)
• Current CPR certification (in-person; available through our office for $50, valid for 2 years)
• TB test/lab work for TB within 6 months or chest X-ray within 5 years
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism
